What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that any cancellations and changes are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation emails and text messages are sent the day the appointment was booked, 48 hours and 24 hours in advance of the appointment. All guests who cancel less than 24 hours prior to any appointment will be charged 50% of the service that is scheduled. This charge is non refundable and will be credited towards the next appointment.
No call/no show for any appointment will be charged 100% for the services booked. If you are feeling sick or unwell, call the salon and we will gladly cancel and reschedule your appointment for a future date. We understand emergencies happen but please let us know to prevent any charges.
What happens if I am late to my appointment?
We provide a 15 minute grace period after your booked appointment time. After that, we may have you reschedule or we may not be able to perform all the services booked. (Example: if a guest booked a root touch up and haircut with a blowout, we may only be able to do the touch up and not the haircut). If you are running late, please give us a call.
What is the difference between a trim and a haircut?
There is no difference between a trim and a haircut. A trim may take a little less time than a full transformation haircut but both require the same techniques, despite the length and amount of hair being cut off. We do offer a Bottom Trim/Dry Dusting service, which is a quick dusting around the perimeter of your hair and no layers will be trimmed.
How can I make my hair color last?
Is it better to come with my hair clean or dirty prior to my color appointment?
Hair color takes best to clean, freshly washed hair. A buildup of oils and styling products can prevent any of our hair color and lighteners from optimal performance (gray hair not taking color or hair not being able to lighten).
What happens if I don’t love my hair?
At Salon Celì, we hope every client leaves at our salon happy and satisfied. We guarantee all of our work and we strive to have a thorough consultation before every service. If you are unhappy with your hair, we will gladly make any adjustments to your haircut or color if you contact us within seven days of your service, if the issue is caused by the stylist. However, we are not responsible if you changed your mind since leaving the salon or if your hair has been altered. Any modifications done after that point will be charged.
